Thavanish is the official social and charitable organization of
Christ College (Autonomous) Irinjalakuda
(Reg. No.: TSR/TC/177/2021), led by students who are committed to making a real difference in society. It serves as a platform for young individuals to come together and extend their time, energy, and compassion to support those in need.
We focus on reaching out to the financially disadvantaged, the differently-abled, and the neglected sections of society. Our activities include regular visits to old age homes, orphanages, and special schools—where we don’t just offer material support like food and clothing, but also share moments of care, joy, and companionship.
Thavanish helps students develop a deeper understanding of the world around them. It encourages empathy, nurtures responsibility, and empowers them to grow into socially committed citizens. Each small step we take is guided by the belief that kindness and service can build a more inclusive and compassionate world.
